Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Progressive Coaching ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you visit this website, apply for a call, or book a call with us. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Progressive Coaching is an online fitness coaching business. You can contact us at kyle@progressivecoachingfitness.com for any question about this policy or your personal data.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form on this site we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address and, where requested, your phone number and answers to qualifying questions. When you book a call we collect the information you provide to our scheduling provider, including your name, email and any answers to the booking questions.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we and our providers automatically collect certain technical data, such as your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, the pages you view and how you interact with them. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

3. How we use your information

  • To process your application and follow up about your call
  • To send you related follow-up emails, coaching content and offers you can unsubscribe from at any time
  • To schedule, confirm and conduct calls you book with us
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
  • To measure and improve the performance of our website, content and advertising
  • To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms

Where required by law, we rely on your consent to send marketing communications and to set non-essential cookies. Otherwise we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and growing our business, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to run the site, understand how it is used and measure our advertising. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us understand which visitors came from our ads and whether they took actions such as submitting a form or booking a call, and allows us to show relevant ads on Meta platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance, Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada or European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf to run this site and our business (see section 6)
  • Advertising and analytics partners, in the form of the pixel and measurement data described above
  • Professional advisers, authorities or other parties where necessary to comply with the law, enforce our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of our business

6. Third-party services we use

These providers may process your information as part of delivering our services. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • HighLevel (LeadConnector) — forms, CRM and email — privacy policy
  • Calendly — call scheduling — privacy policy
  • Meta Platforms — advertising pixel and measurement — privacy policy
  • Wistia — video hosting and playback — privacy policy
  • Vercel — website hosting — privacy policy

7. Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide the services you requested and for our legitimate business purposes, such as follow-up and record keeping, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 8).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email kyle@progressivecoachingfitness.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Marketing emails

If you opt in, we may send you coaching content and offers by email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. Transactional messages (such as your application confirmation or a booking confirmation) are not marketing and may still be sent.

10. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International transfers

We and our providers may process and store your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

12. Children

This website and our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

13. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
